It is a deliberate policy to be members of trade bodies and associations in the industries that our clients operate in.
Institute of Directors
Our MD is a member of the Institute of Directors. We also work closely with the IoD to deliver workshops on how to write winning awards applications, including the IoD’s own awards as well as being proactive in encouraging companies to enter for the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
Make UK
We have been long-standing and proactive members of Make UK from earlier days when it was the EEF. We work closely with regional director Charlotte Horobin and her team to raise awareness of the sector as well delivering workshops on winning awards. We regularly enter our clients for the Make UK awards, with great success.
Advanced Services Group
A number of our clients have completed the Advanced Services Group Servitization Programmes for SMEs – and with huge success. This has had a transformational effect on these businesses, and we are always happy to refer clients and contacts to the ASG. We have also worked as a supplier to the ASG, helping with the recent book production and publication following the successful completion of the TRAN-SIP programme.
Rail Alliance and BCRRE
The Rail Alliance and BCRRE recently joined forces to offer broader support for the rail industry. The primary thrust is bringing the rail supply chain industry together, which means offering more opportunities for SMEs to work with the larger corporates, train operating companies, rail franchisees, freight operating companies, and civil engineering companies. We have had a long-standing and proactive relationship with the Rail Alliance, built on mutual respect and shared values.
