How to create a unique marketing strategy 

Consisting of nine key modules, this course will teach you everything you need to know about marketing with regards to the manufacturing industry, and by the end of it you will be able to produce a marketing strategy that is unique to your company.

1 - Introduction to Marketing Strategy

This module will explain what marketing it and all the basics of what you need to know to create and implement a successful marketing strategy. 

2 - How did you get here?

For module two, we will discuss where your business is now by using SWOT and PESTLE analyses and you will complete an audit and review of your business. 

3 - What's the point?

This module is all about defining your vision; what are your business goals? We will help you craft your vision and mission statements and set goals, long and short term. 

4 - Putting values at the core

The fourth module will show you the reasons why your company values are a key part of your marketing strategy. Why is brand positioning and reputation important?

5 - Identify your target

In this module, we will evaluate your current and future market position and carry out a competitor analysis, showing you how to research your market. 

6 - Pains, gains and propositions

The sixth module will show you how to craft your value propositions by defining the features and benefits of your products and services and understanding your customers’ and prospects’ pains and gains. 

7 - Talking tactics

This module will cover what campaigns are and why they are important, showing you what media channels to use and crafting your key messages.

8 - Measuring success

For this module, you will learn how to align ROI with your strategic goals, with a how to guide on KPIs. What are the tools for measuring success?

9 - Bringing it all together

Now that you’ve learnt what it takes to produce a successful marketing strategy and campaign plan, how do you bring all of this knowledge together to create a finished product?
